Multigenre Artifact 1

The blood puddling from the end of the "n" represents the blood december_2010_photos_012.jpgshed by the Sudanese people. The blue tear drop that dots the "i" represents the tears cried by the people. The fire on the "g" represents the burning of the Dinka Villages, and the trail of smoke represents the lost souls of the people. The names surrounding "genocide" represents some of the characters in the book. The blue "Dinka Tribe" represents the tribe highlighted in the book. The title God Grew Tired of Us is surrounded by gray to represent the sadness and the yellow to represent hope. The journey from Sudan to Ethiopia, and America for some, is shown. "2 million and counting" symbolizes the people who have died and are dying today. The hearts symbolize the nations coming together.

Multigenre Artifact 2

I chose to to write this poem to compare and contrast Abraham and John. I wanted to show how John and Abraham evolved from local villagers to father and son.

Multigenre Artifact 3

I chose to do this glogster because I felt that I could convey some feelings through the colors and patterns that were provided. I feel that visuals are most powerful out of all the multigenre artifacts.
